Persistent pain support
physiotherapyA gentle, evidence-informed pathway for people living with long-standing pain — movement, pacing, sleep and support, together.
Integrative wellness practice · Melbourne
Physiotherapy, counselling, nutrition support and guided movement — together or on their own, in a quiet room or on a screen. We are not an emergency service, and we never pretend to be one.
A quiet note: every plan is agreed in plain language, paced to your week, and written down so you never have to remember a session.
Find your way in
Choose anything that sounds like you. We will suggest services and practitioners to start a conversation with — nothing more.
This matcher is for orientation only. It is not medical advice, does not diagnose, and promises no outcomes. Sudden or severe symptoms need urgent care — see the note below.
A gentle, evidence-informed pathway for people living with long-standing pain — movement, pacing, sleep and support, together.
Desk, screen and standing-work check-ins for people who spend their days sitting down or on their feet.
Small-group and one-to-one movement sessions that build strength, breath and confidence — at your pace, in your body.
Practical, non-judgemental support with food — energy, digestion, habits and everyday meals that fit real weeks.
A calm, confidential space to make sense of stress, anxiety, loss and change — short-term and open-ended, at your pace.
One-to-one physiotherapy for persistent pain, recovery and movement confidence — assessment-led, hands-on and measured over weeks, not promises.

Common questions
Yes, and many people do — physiotherapy alongside counselling is common in our persistent pain pathway, and movement classes fit alongside most plans. Our team shares notes only with your written consent, so you stay in control of who knows what.
No. Stillwater is not an emergency or urgent-care service. If you are in crisis, at risk of harm, or experiencing sudden severe symptoms such as chest pain, breathing difficulty or signs of stroke, call your local emergency number now and do not wait for an appointment.
Counselling and nutrition support are fully available by video. Physiotherapy and movement can be remote too, and our workplace ergonomic sessions are often better on video — we can see your desk as it really is.
Yes. The clinic is on one level with step-free access from the street, a level threshold, a wide doorway and an accessible toilet. There is parking directly outside. If you need anything else — a quieter room, a longer gap between sessions, a companion chair — tell us when you request your appointment and we will arrange it.
Many insurers cover physiotherapy and counselling. We provide itemised receipts with the registration numbers you need to claim. We are not registered with any single insurer directly, so please check your policy wording and let us know if you need a specific format of receipt.
Fees are listed per service on our services and fees pages and start at £12 for guided movement classes. Payment is by card at the end of each session. We keep fees on the page, in writing, before you book — no surprises.
You meet your practitioner, talk about what brought you in, and agree how to work together. There is no pressure to arrive with a prepared story. Allow about 90 minutes including arrival. You leave with a written note of what was agreed and one small next step.
Use the appointment request page — it takes about two minutes and asks only for scheduling information: your name, contact email, the service you are interested in and a preferred time of day. A member of the team replies within one working day to confirm details. We never collect medical history through the form.
