Persistent pain support
Stillwater Clinic — a room that lets you slow down.

What this looks like

Long-standing pain rarely has a single cause, so this pathway does not pretend to. Over a series of sessions we look at movement, rest, stress and sleep as one connected picture, and build a plan you can sustain — not a fix that fades by Friday.

What to expect

We begin with a 60-minute assessment and a conversation about what pain has cost you. Then we agree a weekly rhythm: physiotherapy, optional counselling, guided movement, and a written pacing plan.

Is it a fit?

Good for:

People living with pain for three months or more who feel stuck between 'push through' and 'do nothing'.

Not a fit — see a clinician first:

New or worsening symptoms, or pain accompanied by fever, numbness or weakness — see a clinician urgently first.

Remember Stillwater is not an emergency or urgent-care service. Sudden severe symptoms need your local emergency number (000 / 999 / 911 / 112), not an appointment request.
