Your first visit

Ninety unhurried minutes.

A first visit is designed to feel smaller than it sounds: arrive, meet your practitioner, talk, and leave with one clear next step. Here is the whole journey, in order.

  1. Before you arrive

    Request and confirm

Send a two-minute appointment request. We reply within one working day to confirm time, practitioner and format (in person or remote). Wear what you can move in; bring any letters or medication lists you want us to know about.

  2. On arrival · 15 min

    Find the room, settle in

The clinic is one level with step-free access from the street. Tea and water are in the waiting space. You will be met at your appointment time — not kept waiting.

  3. In session · 50–60 min

    Talk, look, agree

Your practitioner listens first. Depending on the service you may be asked to move gently, or not at all. You agree a plan together, in plain language, and leave with a written note.

  4. After · 15 min

    Breathe before you leave

Take a moment. Payment is by card at the end of the session, and you can ask for an insurance receipt any time.

  5. The days after

    One small step

You will have one or two things to try at home — never a homework list. Your practitioner is a message away if anything feels unclear.

Not an emergency service If you are in crisis or have sudden severe symptoms, call your local emergency number now (000 / 999 / 911 / 112). Please do not wait for a first visit.
