counselling
A calm, confidential space to make sense of stress, anxiety, loss and change — short-term and open-ended, at your pace.
Counselling at Stillwater is a regular, private hour where you set the direction. There is no script, no judgement and no obligation to arrive with a prepared problem. Over weeks, patterns emerge, language loosens, and decisions start to feel lighter.
Sessions are 50 minutes, usually weekly. The first session is about how we will work together — what you hope for, what you are worried about, and what would make the space feel safe for you.
Good for:
People navigating stress, anxiety, grief, relationship change, work transitions or simply a hard season.
Not a fit — see a clinician first:
If you are in crisis or at immediate risk of harm, please contact emergency services or a crisis line now. This is not an emergency service.
